As part of our ongoing commitment to compliance and quality, ATGBICS' through hole 1x9 and 2x5 transceiver portfolio is now fully Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant.
This certificate enables organisations to supply the U.S. government, as it guarantees that a product has been manufactured in a designated TAA-compliant country. It also marks another step in our objective to standardise TAA compliance across our entire product range.
We chose to prioritise our obsolete transceiver portfolio first, as through hole 1x9 and 2x5 modules continue to play a critical role in supporting legacy and industrial networks. While these form factors are rarely specified in new designs, demand remains strong for sustaining existing infrastructure and avoiding costly system upgrades.
As obsolescence specialists, our expertise covers hard-to-source and obsolete transceivers, including 1x9, 2x5 and 2x10, as well as SFP/SFP+ modules with data rates of 100Mbps to 10Gbps. OEMs typically discontinue their transceiver products long before the host equipment reaches the end of life. We fill that demand gap, extending the life of the equipment in the field. We can supply almost any legacy transceiver that you require.
Additionally, all ATGBICS products are designed and manufactured in accordance with recognised industry standards and compliance requirements, including MSA, CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, UKCA, IEC 60825-1 and FDA regulations.
