Absolutely not. Using ATGBICS products will NOT invalidate your warranty. OEMs cannot stipulate that only their products be used within their OEM systems in order to retain warranty. This would contravene anti-trust laws and it violates the Magnuson-Moss Act Warranty Act. This is a common misconception that prevents many customers from saving money by purchasing high quality compatible products such as ATGBICS.

If a system has an issue and an OEM service warranty call is made, the OEM service professional will diagnose the system error. In the unlikely event that the engineer reports a defective ATGBICS component, we will replacement the product overnight and have the system up and running immediately. If the diagnosis reports a different issue, the OEM service professional is required to honour the warranty and fix said issue. In the end, you are 100% covered either way.

Yes we do. We offer product evaluation on a 30 day sale or return basis. Simply place your order in the usual way. Clearly state that you are ordering on a product evaluation basis on the order instructions box in the shopping cart and we will process the order as a sale or return product evaluation.

Yes, absolutely. We can ship plain label direct to your client. Simply state your requirement clearly on the order instructions box in the shopping cart and we will process the order according to your instruction.
It depends on where you are and the delivery option you have selected.
Orders placed before 3.30pm GMT will ship the same day provided we have stock. For UK orders you can expect delivery the following day.
Orders place after this time may be shipped the following day.
Where we do not have stock we will keep you informed of delivery timescales until the order is shipped. Expected shipping timeframes are 3-5 days but it depends on the product. Rest assured we will keep you updated all the way.
