OS2 Fibre Patch Cables

The OS2 Fibre Patch Cable is used for high speed data transfer. It is commonly used with wavelengths of 1310nm and 1550nm. It has a core size of just 9 microns and the diameter of the outer cladding is 125 microns. OS2 is backward compatible with OS1 which now obsolete.

OS2 cables are yellow with male to male gender connectors with an insertion loss of 0.2dB or lower. OS2 are singlemode. LC-LC and LC-SC duplex are our most popular OS2 cables but we offer the full range of LC-ST, SC-SC, SC-ST, ST-ST in both duplex and simplex format.
